Do I need a referral to work with you?

Not strictly. We prefer referrals because they tend to mean a better fit on both sides, but we do take direct enquiries. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere useful.

How long does a typical project take?

Presence package: 3–4 weeks. Growth: 6–8 weeks. Transform: 10–16 weeks. These are real timelines, not optimistic ones. If something takes longer, we tell you why before it happens.

What's the minimum budget?

Our Digital Health Check starts at $1,200. The Presence website package starts at $1,800. These are fixed prices. There are no hidden fees, no subscription lock-ins, and no extras you didn't agree to.

Can you work with clients outside Australia?

Will someone junior be doing the work?

No. Every project is handled by Vish directly. We do not subcontract design decisions or strategy to juniors. You will speak to the person doing the work, from brief to launch.
